The central government issued a guideline for Unlock-3 across the country on Wednesday 29 July, in which more activities have been allowed outside Containment John, but schools, colleges, metro rail services, theaters, and bars will remain closed till 31 August. According to the new guidelines of the Ministry of Health, where there are more cases of coronavirus, the opening of gyms and yoga institutes has been banned. Gyms and yoga institutes will be allowed to open outside the container john. All yoga institutes and gyms will have to follow the guidelines issued by the state governments.
According to the guidelines, people over 65 years of age, people suffering from serious diseases, pregnant women, and children below 10 years have been advised to escape in gyms and yoga centers.
Everyone has to take care of social distancing and keep a distance of at least 6 feet. Everyone will need to use a face mask. However, doing yoga and doing it during exercise at the gym will not be necessary. It is advised to wash with soap and use a sanitizer occasionally. Spitting in the premises will be banned and everyone will be required to keep the Arogya Setu App on their mobile. The unlock guidelines issued by the Union Home Ministry had directed the closure of schools, colleges and coaching institutes by 31 August, although according to the ministry, the ban on night movement (night curfew) has been lifted. “Unlock 3” guidelines come into effect from August 1. Lockdown will be strictly in force till 31 August in prohibited areas. Prohibited activities include the opening of metro rail services, cinemas, swimming pools, amusement parks, theaters, bars, and auditoriums. Social, political, sports, entertainment, academic, cultural, religious ceremonies, and other big gatherings will also be banned till 31 August. Apart from these, all other activities have been allowed outside the prohibited area.

The Ministry of Home Affairs said that international air travel will be allowed in a limited manner under the Vande Bharat Mission. The movement of other international passenger flights will be started in a phased manner.

No separate permission, clearance, or e-permit will be required for such activities. According to the guidelines, people above 65 years of age, people suffering from serious diseases, pregnant women, and children below 10 years have been advised to stay indoors. They should leave only due to urgent circumstances or health reasons. The use of the Arogya Setu app will continue to be encouraged.
