The winner also makes the citizens of the country feel proud if they win in international sports activities. It not only encourages us, but also awakens the spirit of patriotism in us. It helps in improving the physical and mental strength of the person as well as improving the economy and social strength of the country.It maintains our physical and mental balance, sports makes our life peaceful by increasing our concentration, it also prepares us to face any difficult situations. It always keeps us healthy and wealthy. Also keeps away from the problems of drug addiction, crime and disorders.

Types of sports – The following are the types of sports. All sports are played in different ways, according to their playing methods and rules, they have different names. Some famous sports, cricket, hockey (the national sport), football, basketball ball, Volleyball, tennis, running, rope jumping, high and long jump, badminton, swimming, kho-kho, Kabaddi, etc.

Sports are the best way to find profit and loss by creating a balance between body and mind, happiness and sorrow. Playing sports regularly for a few hours, is very essential for the welfare of children in schools and better future of the country.

Conclusion- Playing sports regularly keep a person safe from many diseases and many troubles of body parts, especially overweight, obesity and heart diseases. It increases the concentration level and memory and makes the brain full of positive thoughts. Children should never be discouraged to play the game, instead they should always be encouraged to participate in the game.

Any kind of obstruction in the balance of nature affects the environment completely, which destroys human life.

Environment means all natural environments such as land, air, water, plants, animals, solid materials, garbage, sunlight, forest and other things. Healthy environment maintains the balance of nature and at the same time helps all living things on earth to grow, nurture and develop.

Everything that we use to live our lives belongs to the environment like water, wind, sunlight, land, plants, animals, forests and other natural things. The environment plays a very important role in maintaining a healthy life on earth. However, in the modern era, our environment is getting worse day by day due to man-made technological advancement. Thus, environmental pollution has become the biggest problem that we are facing today.

If we do anything wrong against the discipline of nature, then it destroys the whole atmosphere like atmosphere, hydrosphere and lithosphere. Apart from the natural environment, there also exists a man-made environment which is associated with technology, work environment, aesthetics, transport, housing, facilities and urbanization. Man-made environment affects the natural environment which we can all save in unison.

Earth is a place where life is possible in the entire universe, and in order to live life on earth, we must maintain the originality of our environment. World Environment Day for many years every year on June 5 every year for environmental protection and cleanliness in the whole world. It is celebrated to spread awareness in public. We should participate in this campaign to know how to save our environment and all the bad habits that are causing damage to our environment day by day.

We can save our environment in a very easy way with small steps taken by every person like; Reduce waste volume, dump waste properly, stop using poly bags, reuse old items in new ways, repair and reuse broken things, rainwater conservation To reduce wastage of water, conserve energy, and minimize use of electricity, etc.

Arun Jaitley is one of the prominent leaders of Indian politics, currently the Finance Minister of the Government of India, Arun Jaitley was born on December 26, 1952 in the family of lawyers. He father Maharaj Kishan Jaitley was also a lawyer. His mother’s name was Ratan Prabha, who was a social worker Arun. Jaitley completed his schooling from Delhi. Jaitley’s condition is stable meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also reached the hospital. Paryushan Parv is one of the most important and sacred festivals of Jainism. This festival consists of 8 days and the last day is the most auspicious day for the Jain community. Jain community celebrates Paryushan in the two traditions and it consists of- Shwetambar and Digambar. For the Shwetambar Jain, this festival remains for mainly 8 days and for the Digambar Jain, this festival remains for 8-10 days. During this festival of Jainism, people focus
on the two major things- Introspection and Forgiveness. This is believed that Paryushan is the festival to purify the inner soul and do not hurt others by any action or words.

This the festival of fasting but fasting is not possible for everyone so it also includes to analyse oneself for their deeds and learn the guidance of the Jain Tirthankaras known as God.

This festival is an opportunity for the Jain community to look at their previous sins, removing all the impurities from within such as- anger, pride and greed. In contrast to these sins, build the good virtues of humanity, kindness, non-violence, charitable, honesty and sacrifice.

Among the 8 days of the festival, last day is more important among all and that is known as “Samvatsari” a day of forgiveness to all the living beings. On this day, everyone meets with their friends, family to say them sorry for any wrong deeds they committed. Also, people seek forgiveness from the enemies too.


This great remarkable festival of Jainism is to drop out all the negativity within you, drop out all the rubbish, senseless and lustful desires, remove jealously and ego in these precious days.

This festival is all about selflessness, god devotion, humanity and follows the right path of goodness. Live and just let live others with love.

Janmashtami is completely associated with the lord Krishna. It is a festival of love and affection between a brother and sister. This festival is one of the popular ones and gains a lot of importance in Hinduism. On this day, birthday is celebrated of Lord Krishna throughout the world. Always the birthday of Lord Krishna comes in the month of SHRAWAN. This day is treated as a RAKSHABANDHAN too as Draupadi and Krishna was brother and sister and the bond between them was much tighter and then brother, sister bond came to existence.

This festival of Janmashtami brings joy, love and devotion between siblings. It is believed that- children make a prank of Lord Krishna and also the love bond of Radha and Krishna is famous.

Sweet Lord Krishna has a love for the curd and butter. This both the things he often eats and enjoys. On the Janmashtami day, a special function is organised and any child or any elder one impersonated like a lord Krishna. A pot of clay
known as MATKI contained with butter and milk is hanged over the height of the building or a pyramid with a help of rope and then the young Govinda tries to reach near the pot to break and grab that.

Mathura is being the favourite place of Lord Krishna as he spent his childhood there and he took birth here. The world-famous Janmashtami is celebrated here with great devotion and love. On the day of Janmashtami, all the society
peoples come across the temple of Radha- Krishna and with a lot of chanting, people get assembled near the temple to celebrate the birthday of Lord Krishna. Young and children dressed up like a Krishna and Radha to play a role of the love affair of them. People play various games, dance and make fun.

हम सब अपनी ज़िन्दगी में कुछ न कुछ हासिल करना चाहते है। कोई Doctor बनना चाहता है कोई Actor, कोई Dancer बनना चाहता है, तो कोई engineer. सब का Goal एक ही है कि वह successful बनना चाहते है। कितनी सारे किताबे कितनी सारी बाते कही जाती है पर सफलता पाने के कई रस्ते है और इसीलिए यह सभी रास्ते देख कर हम बौखला जाते है। डर जाते है।

दुनिया में दो ही तरह के लोग है एक तो वह जो सफल है और दूसरे वह जो नहीं है जिनकी तादाद सफल लोगो से कंही ज़्यादा है इसका साफ मतलब है जो लोग हमारी तुलना में सफल है वह लोग कुछ तो अलग करते ही है जो असफल होने वाले लोग नहीं करते है और किसी भी व्यक्ति का व्यापार में सफल होने के पीछे एक कहावत है कि ” किसी व्यापार में सफल (Successful) होने के लिए कोई ऐसा तथ्य जानना होता है जो बाकि के लोग नहीं जानते है ऐसे ही सफल होने वाले लोगो के नेचर में भी कुछ खास बातें होती है जो उन्हें सफल बनाती है। लेकिन फिर भी कुछ बुनियादी चीज़े है जिनका ध्यान रखकर अगर हम ज़िन्दगी में आगे बढ़ते है तो काफी हद तक सफलता के करीब पहुँच सकते है क्यों न हम इस बारे में आगे बात करें।

* भूतकाल चला गया है। वह जीवन में कभी दोबारा आपके जीवन में नहीं आयेगा। अपने भूतकाल के बारे में सोचकर चिंतित न रहे। उसे भूल जाए क्योंकि भविष्य कभी निश्चित नहीं होता। अपने भविष्य के बारे में ज़्यादा चिंतित न रहे। सिर्फ़ वर्तमान में जीते रहे।

* दूसरो की कमियों को ढूंडना बंद करे। अपने दिल पर हात रखे और अपनी कमियों के बारे में जाने। अपने दिल में आपको बहोत-सी नकारात्मकता और कमिया मिलेगी।

* दूसरो के लिए हमेशा अच्छा करे। आपसे जितनी बन सके उतनी सबकी सहायता करे। मतलबी न बने। अपने मतलब को किसी की सहायता करते समय भूल जाये। आपकी ये आदत आपको भविष्य में सहायक साबित होगी और आपका जीवन आनंद और ख़ुशी से भर जायेगा।

* सफलता पाने के लिए आपको कई चीज़ो का बलिदान करना पड़ता है। अगर आपको सफल (Successful) होना है तो यह बलिदान करने के लिए आपको हर पल तैयार रहना होगा। कुछ पाने के लिए कुछ खोना पड़ता है। अगर आपको अपने जीवन में कुछ बड़ा हासिल करना है तो अपने जीवन से आलस, नकारात्मक विचार, बुरी आदतें इन सभी को छोड़ने की तैयारी करनी होगी, तभी आप सफल हो सकते है।

* हमेशा समय के महत्त्व को समझे। ग़लत कामो में अपने कीमती समय को व्यर्थ न गवाये। आपके पास जितना भी समय बचा है, उसे अच्छे कामो में खर्च कीजिये और अच्छे लोगो के लिये खर्च कीजिये।

* कोई भी काम शुरू करने से पहले उसके परिणाम के बारे में ज़रूर सोच ले और उसी के अनुसार क्रिया करे। ख़ुशी और शांति पाने के लिये अपने दिमाग में हमेशा किये जा रहे काम के परिणाम को रखिये।

* कभी किसी को मायूस ना करे और सभी के लिये दयालु रहे। सभी की सहायता करे। इंसानों में ही भगवान् को देखने की कोशिश करे। अपने दिल से नफरत को निकाल दे, सभी के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करे और धरती पर हर एक प्राणी से प्यार से रहे। आलोचनाओ से दूर ही रहे। कभी किसी का बुरा न चाहे। हमेशा अच्छे विचारो को ही दिमाग में आने दे और अपने जीवन में भगवान् की प्रस्तुति को जाने।

* बहाने बनाना बंद करे। अक्सर कहा जाता है कि सफल या successful लोग बहाने नहीं देते वह results देते है। इसीलिए situation कितनी भी कठिन क्यों न हो बहाने देने से अच्छा उसके solution पर focus करे। जिस दिन आपके बहाने कम होते जायेंगे उस दिन आप को results दिखना शुरू होगा।

* हमेशा नया सीखते रहे। आप अपने क्षेत्र में कितने भी बड़े क्यों न हो जाये हर पल कुछ नया सिखने की कोशिश करे। हर एक क्षेत्र में रोज़ कुछ नए आविष्कार होते रहते है जिसका आपको अंदाजा भी नहीं होता इसीलिए आपको खुद को updated रखने के लिए नए-नए लोगो से यह सारी चीज़े सीखनी होगी। सीखते रहना ही successful लोगो की निशानी है।

* ध्यान रखें की सफलता के मोती यूँ ही धुल में बिखरे हुए नहीं पड़े हैं। उन्हें पाने के लिए गहराई में उतरने की हिम्मत करनी होगी, बहुत ज़्यादा कठोर परिश्रम करने और हमेशा करते रहने की शपथ लेनी होगी।

आज के दौर में जो लोग सफल है उन्हें विरासत में कुछ अधिक नहीं मिला था और उन्होंने अपना साम्राज्य खुद ही खड़ा किया है इसलिए ऐसा नहीं सोचे कि आपके पास समय कम है या संसाधन कम है बल्कि पूरे उत्साह से अपनी दिशा में काम करें।

ये कुछ खासियतें है जो सफल लोगो को असफल लोगो की भीड़ से अलग करती है अगर आप भी इनमे से कुछ अपने में डेवलप कर पाने के सक्षम होते है तो आप भी ज़िन्दगी में उन्ही की तरह ऊँचाई को छू सकते है और भीड़ से अलग हो सकते है।
